How to Watch Washington Redskins Games Online?

Everyone should be excited to watch the Washington Redskins online this season. Mike Shanahan and company have made some exciting moves this offseason, so keep your eyes peeled for an exciting year of football at FedExField in the Evergreen State.

The Washington Redskins share a league with the Dallas Cowboys, Philadelphia Eagles, and the New York Giants, in addition to playing New Orleans, Pittsburgh, Baltimore, and Carolina, the Redskins definitely have their work cut out for them this season.

Robert Griffin III cost the Washington Redskins three first-round picks and one second-round selection (we can thank the St. Louis Rams for that one) and they couldn't be happier. RG3 is already displaying the poise and confidence of a veteran, and despite a rocky start to the August 9 preseason opening game at Buffalo, Robert Griffin III finished his third series with a 145.8 passer rating (4 for 6 with 70 yards) and the evening's only touchdown pass went to Pierre Garcon giving the Redskins a 7-6 victory over the Buffalo Bills. "He did everything you asked him to do," said head coach Shanahan. "He was very calm, cool, collected."

Veteran Pierre Garcon has locked up the number one wide receiver spot, thanks to his wonderful preseason performance against the Buffalo Bills, and the reportedly rejuvenated Santana Moss is on the depth chart at WR2. Third-round draft pick Leonard Hankerson, after suffering a season ending hip injury last year, is back in action and is slated to be Garcon's backup, while Josh Morgan has earned the fourth wide receiver slot as Moss' backup. Chris Cooley is back this year, after nursing a broken finger and knee injury during the off season, and Fred Davis will return as starting tight end, after a four-game suspension at the end of last season for failing multiple drug tests.

Left offensive tackle Trent Williams, who also suspended the last four games of last year's season due to failed drug tests, was diagnosed with a bone bruise in his foot he suffered during the preseason game versus the Bills, but he should be fully healed in time for the opening game versus the New Orleans Saints. Tim Hightower appears to be recovering from the torn ACL he suffered last season and will be returning as RB1, while Evan Royster fights to take the backup position from Roy Helu Jr. - not that this will stop Mike Shanahan from shuffling his running backs around the backfield like a deck of cards, much like he did last year.

Chris Baker, he suffered a season ending torn quadriceps last year, has returned to the field. He teamed up with rookie and safety Jordan Bernstine and linebacker Chris Wilso to keep ex-Cowboy Tashard Choice and the rest of the Bills away from the end zone six plays in a row, locking up the 7-6 victory versus Buffalo. The Washington Redskins defense is looking stout indeed, with a promising stable of backups ready to step in at any moment next to the likes of Ryan Kerrigan, Brian Orakpo, Josh Wilson, and Brandon Meriweather.

Whatever you do, keep your eyes on Robert Griffin III and company as you watch the Washington Redskins online this season.
